GGPoker’s New GGPlatinum Community Offers Exclusive Benefits for Members

GGPoker has been offering poker lovers an alternative way to earn their money back after a loss. GGPoker has now introduced “GGPlatinum Community” which allows customers to enjoy special perks and offers. The “GGPlatinum Community” is not only designed for anyone looking for bonuses and special rewards, but it is also for those loyal GGPoker customers that would love to have an input into any future developments taken on by the growing poker brand.

Because of its exclusive perks, GGPoker will be an invite-only group. Players need to meet certain requirements to get asked into the community. Those interested in joining this community have been sending GGPoker emails to seek access.

So what perks exactly does one have to look forward to in the “GGPlatinum Community”? Members of this platinum community are going to get special access to upcoming events. The GGPoker community is also the best place for a GGPoker customer to enjoy special offers from poker training sites such as Platinum Academy. Players also enjoy fast-tracked customer support when they join this élite community.

Please note that the “GGPlatinum Community” has been designed separately from GGpoker’s already existing cash bonus reward system. All customers, despite their level in the Fish Buffet, can be invited to become part of the growing and exclusive “GGPlatinum Community”; they just have to meet all the requests first.

Domestic bracelet events in Nevada and New Jersey have wrapped up

The domestic leg of the 2021 online bracelet events for participants in New Jersey and Nevada was recently concluded on WSOP.com. Across 33 successful tournaments, the domestic leg managed to award more than $18 million in prize money to winners, which is not a brand figure considering that only 2 states were allowed to take part this time around.

The Super Circuit online series ran on the WSOP site from May 1st to May 30th and promised over $100 million in guarantees. On average, the gold bracelet attracted more than one thousand entries and amassed the prize pool to just over $550k. Over the course of the domestic series, WSOP received more than 27,000 entries, which means that the prize money rose to surpass the anticipated $18 million by $18.25 million.

Last year, WSOP was forced to hold its first online series after the pandemic halted everything. Unlike other sporting events that were forced to cancel its schedule, the WSOP and its millions in prizes opted to go virtual instead while the Rio in Vegas remained closed for months on end.

The first online series kicked off in July using WSOP’s software. As you can imagine with the demand, more than 40,000 participants took part in the first online series. Although this year’s domestic leg can be considered a smashing success, it still did not attract as many entrants as the tournament did last year.

In total, there were 16 events held throughout the month-long series. The largest pool came in the biggest buy-in event, the $7,777 Lucky 7’s High Roller whose prize pool came in at $1,113,927. The only other event that managed to hit $1 million in prizes was the Grand Finale. Of all the games across the month, only 10 managed to attract more than one thousand participants.

Pennsylvania events begin soon

Bracelet events may have concluded in New Jersey and Nevada, but things have just kicked off for punters in Pennsylvania.  WSOP is currently offering punters in Pennsylvania a chance to compete in gold bracelet events. Tournaments in the Keystone State are expected to start taking place from August 8th and will last through to August 15th to put 8 daily bracelet events up for grabs.

The weeklong tournament series will conclude with the $1,000 NLH PA Championship to be held on August 15th. In addition to the bracelet events, WSOP is also availing 2 progressive Knockout events, which makes this session the first that WSOP will award a Progressive Knockout bracelet.

The international leg of WSOP also underway

The first 2 international gold bracelet events of the 2021 WSOP online have also been concluded. However, the international leg is being held on GGPoker Network instead of on the WSOP.com website. So far, more than $3 million in cash prizes have been generated and the 2 opening events managed to attract more than 32,000 entries.

The first event surpassed the $1 million guarantee by more than 40%. These 2 first events were held on the same day as the domestic leg of WSOP.com in Nevada and New Jersey came to an end. The action on GGPoker started soon after on August 1st. The next leg of the festivities is scheduled to start on August 8th.

Event number 6, which is a flip and go Limit Hold’em game, will feature a unique MTT format that was only introduced at the beginning of this year. Event 7 will take off soon after the 6th event and with its massive $5 million guarantees, it is sure to draw some serious participants. All roads will eventually lead to the 5,000 Main Event, which guarantees a pot of $20 million guarantees.

There are a dozen more events that come with exciting guarantees attached so there is plenty for poker lovers to look forward to. As such, this brings the total prize to almost $51.5 million in guaranteed prize money. The buy-ins for the international leg vary from $50 to a massive $25,000.

The average buy-in for the entire festival is $2,617. 3 tournaments will feature a price tag of $10,000 or more while 17 of the 33 remaining will cost less than $1,000 for participants to enter. This is the 2nd year that GGPoker is hosting this online bracelet series.  Last year, GGPoker handed over almost $150 million in prize money.
