One of the fastest-growing online sports betting and casino gaming companies in the US, Rush Street Interactive, recently named Kyle Sauers as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Sauers will make the move to Rush Street from Echo Global Logistics, a leader in the field of technology-enabled logistics and supply chain management. Sauers worked at Echo Global for more than 7 years as Chief Financial Officer. He’ll work from Chicago and report to Greg Carlin, Rush Streets’ Chief Executive Officer.
Sauers brings over 25 years of financial and technological experience to Rush Street and has shown exceptional leadership when it comes to expanding dynamic companies. As a member of Rush Streets’ executive team, he’ll be responsible for all of the company’s finances, as well as investor relations.

Kyle Sauers has Decades of Corporate Experience
As Chief Financial Officer of Echo Global Logistics, Sauers oversaw and directed the financial, administrative, and investor relations roles. During his time there, Echo grew more than six-fold, raised more than $400 million in public equity and debt offerings, and made 13 key acquisitions.
Before joining Echo, Sauers worked at Varian Medical Systems as the General Manager of the Security and Inspection Products Division. There, he was responsible for that unit’s product development, sales, and marketing as well as manufacturing and administration. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Bio-Imaging Research and supervised its acquisition by Varian Medical Systems.
Prior to that, Sauers worked at Sphere Communications as Chief Financial Officer. Finally, he began his career at Arthur Andersen. Sauers earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign where he also became a Certified Public Accountant.
A Deal with dMY Technology Group
In late July, 2020, Rush Street Interactive signed a business combination agreement with dMY Technology Group, Inc. Upon closing the deal, the combined company intends to use the Rush Street Interactive, Inc. Name and trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “RSI.”
