Atlantic City Casinos, Hotels Gear Up For Easter Weekend

Atlantic City over the Easter weekend this year was the melting pot of excitement for everyone. Whether you have a soft spot for betting or prefer to enjoy a dress contest, it was going to be a sea of indulgences where participants engaged in dancing, egg hunts, drinking, and special buffets. Before the actual weekend arrived, there were already reports that thousands of people had made plans to be at the Atlantic City Boardwalk over the Easter Sunday weekend.

The scheduled weekend was quite an encouragement for the tourism sector because it meant that the tourism window for the year had opened earlier than usual. For those that were discovering this location for the first time, the free beaches, hotels, casinos, and more than a century-old boardwalk were all epic. This definitely created a sense of thrill for those who had been seeking such a destination and a change from online casino gaming.

According to a report that was published on Trip Advisor in 2020, users voted Atlantic City a top ten destination for United States travelers. Every year, an estimated 27 million visitors are hosted in AC, making it a popular destination. The Easter mood is quite special though, because those who bring kids along for the ride had plenty of activities with which to keep them busy. In addition to that, couples who were looking to spend quality time together had numerous getaway options to choose from.

The nightlife over Easter

After sampling a variety of foods and drinks, it was time for the visitors to enjoy a session of dancing – this is for those who appreciate body movement and will do with a bit of boogie to kill the night. On the decks was DJ Gabor who will release hits from the 1970s and 1980s alongside Mr. Boogie who was busy tossing Easter eggs filled with cool prizes to the crowd. For those who had to lay down after a while, there were plenty of accommodation options in various casinos around AC.

Most of the rooms were discounted for the season so it was a grand opportunity for people to experience offerings they would normally not afford. For instance, Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino, the room offers in the Denish Tower had been discounted for the entire Easter weekend.
